Terms of Service
Applies to use of sonicid.in. Client work is governed by a separate signed agreement.
1. Parties
Sonic ID is the trading name of a partnership between VoicesBazaar and Brand Content Strategy.
This site is operated by Brand Content Strategy, a sole proprietorship based in Pune, India, which is also the contracting party for client engagements.
Music production on an engagement is carried out by VoicesBazaar, the trading name of Decilabs Creative Technologies Private Limited.
2. Acceptance
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
3. Status of information on this site
Descriptions of services, scales, inclusions and exclusions are provided for information. They are not an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to supply on any particular terms.
Scope, deliverables, timelines, rights and payment are agreed in a signed proposal or agreement. If anything on this site conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails.
4. Enquiries and paid sessions
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. Paid sessions are confirmed separately in writing, with terms set out at the point of booking.
5. Intellectual property in this site
The text, structure, graphics, code and layout of this site are owned by or licensed to the operator. You may view and share them to evaluate the services described. You may not copy, adapt or republish them for other purposes without written permission.
Sonic ID, VoicesBazaar and Brand Content Strategy are trading names of their respective owners. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners, and their appearance does not imply endorsement.
6. Client work and music rights
Work described on this site is published with the client's permission or in a form agreed with them. Nothing on this site transfers or grants rights in that work.
Music created on an engagement is licensed and registered in the name of VoicesBazaar. The scope of any licence granted to a client, including territory, term and whether it runs in perpetuity, is set out in the signed agreement for that engagement. Registration of a mark with a trade marks registry is dealt with separately in that agreement.

We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate and current. We do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or continuously available, and content may change without notice.
8. Third-party links
This site links to material held elsewhere, including case study pages on partner websites. We do not control those sites and accept no responsibility for their content or privacy practices.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
